Star Company produced a number of unique items in their 12 year history and we have listed some of these items below.
Uncut Sheets - A number of Uncut Sheets are available for both Baseball and Basketball products.
Promo Sets / AD Cards - A number of Star Company Basketball Promo Sets and AD Cards have been introduced since 1992 including the following players: Larry Bird, Anfernee Hardaway, Magic Johnson, 40 different Michael Jordan items, Shaquille O'Neal, and mixed player promo sets.
Sports Porcelain Autographed Statues - Star Company introduced three statues in 1992-93. The first was Ken Griffey Jr., "The Kid". This was followed by Wilt Chamberlain, "The Laker Years" and finally Wilt Chamberlain, "The Philly Years". There were 600 statues of each created with 500 being in Home uniforms and 100 in Road uniforms. These statues are some of the finest ever produced in the hobby.
1989 Star Minor League Baseball Series I & II Wax Boxes and Sets - In 1989, Star Company became the first minor league card manufacturer to produce wax packs. It issued a 100 card set called Series I and a 100 card Series II set. Popular players in Series I include: Steve Avery, Rod Beck, Brian McRae, Charles Nagy, Moises Alou, and Hensley Meulens error card. Popular players in Series II include: Sandy Alomar, Joey Belle, Andy Benes, Tino Martinez, Pete Rose Jr., Deion Sanders, and Robin Ventura. Wax boxes and sets of each series are available.
1990 Star Minor League Baseball Wax Boxes And Sets - In 1990, Star produced a 100 card minor league set similar to the 1989 minor league series, distributed in wax boxes. Popular players included: Jeff Bagwell, Jeff Conine, Jeff Kent, Kenny Lofton, Ivan Rodriguez, Sammy Sosa, Bernie Williams, and Eric Young. Wax boxes and sets are available.
1993-94 Star Basketball Wax Boxes and Sets - The 1993-94 Star basketball set consists of 100 standard-size cards featuring 17 past and current NBA players. The cards were packaged in wax boxes that contained 36 nine-card foil packs. Players include: Charles Barkley, Larry Bird, Scott Burrell, Richard Dumas, Walt Frazier, Tom Gugliotta, Tim Hardaway, Shawn Kemp, Christian Laettner, Xavier McDaniels, Kevin McHale, Oliver Miller, Harold Miner, Chris Mullen, Robert Parish, John Starks, and Bill Walton.
